Hayward is situated in the East Bay in Alameda County, 25 miles southeast of San Francisco and 14 miles south of Oakland.

An extensive network of freeways and bus lines, two BART stations (Hayward and South Hayward), an Amtrak station, and the Hayward Executive Airport allows residents to easily commute and provides a great access to all the attractions in the area.
